Many people have asked us why we chose to set up 23 DOORS during a pandemic.

Whilst other industries have struggled over the last 18 months, we’ve seen the home improvement sector go from strength to strength, especially for online retailers. We believe this is a combination of most of the population spending more time than ever before in their own homes and noticing areas they want to improve; the furlough scheme supporting more than 11.6 million roles and people being unable to spend their money on holidays, going out and shopping; and the fact that online shopping boomed – so larger online purchases for home improvements have become normality.

Our three directors come from a mixed background of sales and marketing, operations and fabrication and have held senior positions in several companies within the industry; we have a total of over 60 years’ experience in this field. Our aim is to improve our industry standards with clear communications, transparent pricing and be the company that the trade and homeowner feel comfortable putting their trust in.
